Sad?

This is some advice when you feel sad, or don't like yourself, I hope it helps.
Everyone has those horrible days where you just want to cry all day and sleep forever, and it really brings us down, we might not even want to be here anymore, but that's totally fine.
 If you are feeling sad and do not know why you might:


  • Watch a movie/anime that is funny and cheerful, while eating hehehe preferably ice-cream ;D    
  • Just eat in general, if your tummy is happy you will be happy too!

  • Draw, it is scientifically proven that drawing releases stress and calms people down whether they are a good artist or not. Plus you may draw something really nice as well ;)
  • Write a story. People are most creative when sad, and you can add a SHOCKING plot twist
  • If you would like to chat with someone who is willing to help you, you can connect to someone from online help sites, for example 7cups.com I love that website, I also am a listener there :) and when I need help I chat with incredibly helpful people, plus you can stay anonymous.
